Sample Receiving has an "Over-the-Counter-Service" for those clients who wish to drop their projects off at our facility. This service is available at the Sample Receiving entrance to our facility, which is located and prominently marked at the rear of our Second Street facility.

Kiff Analytical, LLC provides free courier service for sample pickups within a 100-mile radius of the laboratory; sample pickups from locations outside the 100-mile radius are pre-arranged at your convenience. We request 24-hour prior notification in order to properly meet your needs with this free service.
Courier Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Special pre and after hour arrangements can be requested to suit our clients' needs.
To provide quality service, we request 24-hour notification to schedule your pickup. Our Sample Receiving team will ask the following questions about your project to help ensure that the courier has enough coolers and supplies to appropriately perform their tasks and safeguard your samples. With this advance notice, we are also able to identify any short hold samples, which might require special handling. You will be asked to provide the following information:
The courier checks each sample against the items listed on the Chain of Custody (COC) document completed by the clients. The courier will discuss any questions they have with the client and coordinate with the laboratory to resolve any discrepancies or questions prior to the courier leaving the site.
Using the correct container and the correct preservation are as important as choosing the correct analytical method for your analysis.
