From our company's beginning, our vision has been a cleaner sustainable environment through innovative testing techniques and unparalleled services.

Utilizing the latest advancements in laboratory technology we continously and systematically improve the quality of our data and the efficiency of our production system. We maintain the highest standards for our products and services while providing quicker turnaround times for client projects.

Key Personnel

Joel Kiff
Laboratory Director

Joel Kiff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of California, Davis. Joel has more than fifteen years of experience in laboratory services, which includes testing, reporting, and management. His primary responsibility is serving as the Technical Director for the company, overseeing all technical aspects of the laboratory. Joel also manages the continued development and implementation of our state-of-the-art laboratory information management system.

Rich Premzic
Director of Operations

Rich Premzic received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Washington, Seattle. He is registered by the State of California as a Geologist. Rich has over sixteen years of experience in the environmental industry as a project geologist, consultant and manager. His primary responsibilities include directing and overseeing the planning, development and administration of all business activities, programs and services of the company.

Jeff Dahl
Laboratory Manager

Jeff Dahl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Jeff has more than five years of laboratory experience in the combined areas of environmental, genetics and neurobiological research, and seven years of management experience. His primary responsibilities include planning and implementing overall laboratory policies, procedures and services. This involves coordinating and establishing all instrumentation, staffing and supply needs to ensure data quality and service to clients.

Paul Furry
QA/QC Officer

Paul Furry received Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology from California State University, Sacramento. He has more than eight years of experience in analytical testing and laboratory administration. His primary responsibilities include administering and overseeing the QA/QC program, conducting on-site internal laboratory audits, monitoring action mandated by external or internal sources, and writing internal QA/QC reports.
