Account Managers will assist the client by providing price quotes, bottle sets, making arrangements for sample pick-ups, answering routine as well as technical questions, incorporating any project changes required by the client and checking on the project reporting status.
Account Managers request and document the following pertinent information prior to the first sampling event to effectively manage the project.
